Serving others is a fundamental part of our faith. It is a way we can demonstrate God’s love to those around us, and it is a way we can show our gratitude to Him for all He has done for us. (Matthew 20:28) Serving others is not just about what we do; it is also about how we do it. We are called to serve with humility, with compassion, and with love. (Philippians 2:1-4)
When we serve others, we are not just helping them; we are also helping ourselves. We are growing in our faith, we are developing our character, and we are becoming more like Jesus. (Matthew 25:31-46) We are also showing the world what it means to be a follower of Jesus, and we are making a difference in our communities.
